The Barn

This newly converted 18th century honey coloured stone barn overlooks a walnut orchard.  It has three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms, only 1kms from the village of Tremolat in the Dordogne Valley.  Enjoy the large airy kitchen/dining and lounge area. There are two great outdoor entertainment areas and a 3 x 3 splash pool to keep you cool in summer.

The barn has been equipped with all the necessary one would require, when staying in the French Country.  The Barn is adjacent to the Cottage which makes it also suitable for larger groups to rent both the cottage and barn at the same time. Many large friend groups and families have enjoyed our beautiful area together. 

Les Chouettes is situated within one kilometre of the Village of Tremolat. Here you can find a Michelin Star Restaurant at the Vieux Logis hotel, a fabulous Michelin star Bistro (Bistro en face), a Pizzeria (Nulle Part Ailleurs), a wine bar (Les Tartines) and a cosy and fun Village cafe where you get to meet many of the locals.  We meet regularly for music sessions, themed evenings, quiz nights, yoga and much much more.  The barn is in easy reach of a variety of interesting markets, chateaux wineries, historical sites and many other restaurants.
